All items are quality checked before shipping to avoid any customer returns due to faults. We do not accept liability for damages caused by the shipping company.

Due to manufacturing, it is normal that some pieces may slightly differ in colour and show signs of minor scratches due to the delicate materials used and transfer of products by shipping. All our items are bubble wrapped and dunnage papered to avoid damages. This does not affect the purpose and quality of the product. We are a small business with limited stock. All our items are individually quality checked and photographed before sending per customer for faulty claims.

Please inspect all items upon receipt. Any faults/defects should be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the product.

If the product is fully assembled, it cannot be returned as per our policy (unless faulty). By faulty, we mean not fit for purpose.

This is due to the rails showing signs of use when installing to the post which requires twisting into the hole that is likely to scratch the ends. This does not affect the quality nor the purpose of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled and in its original packaging without damage to packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and being approved will not be accepted.

Items returned in damaged packaging/condition will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, returns will be at the expense of the customer unless faulty.  We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return is safely tracked.
